Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Kendrick Mountain Consulting, the operator of PLR. They are a beta draft, pending legal review. If you create an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 and a licensed real estate professional, or someone acting for one. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. You keep your sign-in credentials confidential and you are responsible for activity on your account.

You authorize PLR to publish content to the social accounts you connect, at the times you schedule. You are responsible for all content you publish, including accuracy, Fair Housing compliance, required brokerage and license disclosures, MLS rules, and having permission from property owners and photographers. We may refuse or remove content that violates the law or platform rules. We are not responsible for actions taken by Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms.

Connecting those platforms is not available yet. Social posts in PLR are copies you publish yourself. Housing advertisements have special rules, including Meta's rules for housing ads and the Fair Housing Act. You follow them.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish all photos and information about properties and clients, and that you will not upload sensitive information (for example, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or access codes) except where a feature asks for it.

You give Kendrick Mountain Consulting a license to host, process, and display your content only to provide PLR. We do not use your content to train AI models without your opt-in. We do not offer that opt-in.

AI output can be wrong. You review and approve every draft before it is published. PLR does not give real-estate, legal, or appraisal advice. A Potential Property Value report is not an appraisal. AI-enhanced photos must be disclosed as required by your MLS and state law. The standard corrected photo stays available beside any enhanced version.

Meta's terms, and the terms of any later platform you connect, still apply to you. These terms do not replace them. You accept the platform's terms when you connect. PLR may disconnect an account if a platform requires it. Posts that are already public on Facebook or Instagram stay there until you delete them on that platform.

If your account belongs to a brokerage, the brokerage's administrators can view and manage your profile, listings, and generated materials, and we act on the brokerage's instructions for that data. If you leave the brokerage, your social connections are disconnected when those connections exist, and listing data stays with the brokerage. An independent realtor is the customer for their own account. Internal staff access is limited to support and security.

If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view the finished files. You can revoke the link. You are responsible for who receives it.

This beta does not charge fees. If we add billing later, we will update these terms before we charge you.

You may ask us to close your account and export your information by emailing the privacy contact in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, the law, or a platform's rules. Closing an account does not remove posts already published on Facebook or Instagram.

PLR is provided as a beta service. To the extent the law allows, Kendrick Mountain Consulting is not liable for platform rejections, platform outages, or decisions you make from drafts. You will cover Kendrick Mountain Consulting for claims that come from content you upload or publish, or from your lack of permission to use that content. A lawyer still needs to review these limits before launch.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. The state of venue will be named here after legal review.

Email from PLR is transactional. We do not send marketing email. We will post changes here with a new effective date and email you about material changes. Contact Kendrick Mountain Consulting. The public privacy email is not configured on this server yet.
