Beta draft, pending legal review
Data deletion
Effective date: October 29, 2026. Operator: Kendrick Mountain Consulting.
How to delete your data
To delete your data: (1) email the privacy contact; (2) when connected accounts are available in PLR, go to Profile, then Connected accounts, then Disconnect, or ask us to delete the account; or (3) in Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, remove PLR, and send a deletion request. We delete your account data and connected-account data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. You will receive a confirmation code and can check its status on this page. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there until you delete them on those platforms.
There is not a Delete account button in PLR yet. Email is the way to ask today. There is also no Profile control for connected accounts yet, because Facebook and Instagram are not connected.
Meta deletion and deauthorize callbacks
Meta can notify PLR when you remove the app or ask for deletion. Those addresses are /api/meta/data-deletion and /api/meta/deauthorize. Each request must include a signed_request that we verify with the Meta app secret. Until that app exists, the callbacks are stubbed: they do not delete an account, and a valid request returns a confirmation code you can open on this page.
Deleting files in PLR does not remove posts that are already on Facebook or Instagram. You control those posts on those sites.
