Privacy Policy

PLR is a listing-photo and listing-assistance service operated by Kendrick Mountain Consulting. This policy describes what we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. Contact Kendrick Mountain Consulting. We collect: (a) account information: name, email, phone, brokerage, license number, profile photo, and login credentials (passwords are stored only as secure hashes); (b) listing content you upload, including property photos, addresses, and property details, which may include information about your clients; (c) content we generate for you, such as listing descriptions, flyers, and edited photos; (d) when you connect social accounts: your Facebook Page and Instagram professional account IDs, names, access tokens, and the IDs and status of posts we publish for you; (e) technical data such as IP address, browser, and logs.

Login credentials are sensitive personal information. We use the password hash only to sign you in. Private financial, negotiation, and contact facts are kept out of public marketing drafts.

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you authorize PLR to publish and schedule posts you create or approve. We use the data Meta provides only to show your connected accounts, publish your posts, and report their status. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Access tokens are encrypted and deleted when you disconnect the account, remove PLR in your Facebook settings, or delete your PLR account. Your use of Facebook and Instagram is also governed by Meta's terms and privacy policy.

Connecting Facebook and Instagram is not available yet. Until it is, social posts in PLR are text you copy yourself. Nothing on that page is sent to Facebook, Instagram, or any other site, and we do not store Page IDs, account IDs, or access tokens.

PLR uses OpenAI to write listing drafts and to edit and color-correct photos. We send OpenAI only what each task needs. Under OpenAI's business terms, this data is not used to train OpenAI's models, and OpenAI may keep it for up to 30 days to monitor abuse. AI output can be wrong. You review and approve every draft before it is published. AI-enhanced photos must be disclosed as required by your MLS and state law. Drafts are for realtor review. A Potential Property Value report is not an appraisal. We do not send Facebook or Instagram data to OpenAI.

If you opt in on a property, PLR emails the client name and address you enter. The weekly note includes the message you write, that week's social posts (image, caption, platform, and date), and brochures or flyers created or updated that week, with a thumbnail and a view or download link. Nothing is sent in a week with no posts and no new brochure or flyer.

Each email includes your brokerage identification, an Equal Housing Opportunity line, the mailing address you enter, and an unsubscribe link. The client can unsubscribe without a PLR account. We keep a log that the email was sent or skipped. Delivery uses Resend. You preview the email before the first one can go out. This email is available only while social scheduling is turned on for the site.

We use personal information to provide the service you ask for: accounts, listing files, drafts, email notices about your properties, support, and security. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use customer content to train AI models unless you opt in. We have no opt-in of that kind today.

A completed property can have a share link. Anyone with that link can view the finished files until you revoke the link or the files are no longer available. The recipient does not need a PLR account.

We use these service providers to run PLR. Each is bound by contract to use data only to provide services to us. We will update this list and notify brokerage customers before adding a new service provider.

Listing photos and generated files are deleted automatically 45 days after the last scheduled social post and flyer for that property is completed. Account information is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you close it. Backups are overwritten when the provider's backup window ends. Access tokens are deleted when you disconnect. We may keep limited records (such as audit logs and billing records) longer when the law requires it.

Automatic deletion is not turned on yet. Until it is, files may remain longer than 45 days. Today the app starts a 45-day countdown when a property is marked Completed. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there until you delete them on those platforms. Deleting files in PLR does not remove them.

If your account belongs to a brokerage, the brokerage is the customer for the agent data under it, and Kendrick Mountain Consulting acts as the service provider on the brokerage's instructions. The brokerage's administrators can view and manage your profile, listings, and generated materials. An independent realtor is their own customer, and we act on that realtor's instructions.

If you leave the brokerage, your social connections are disconnected when those connections exist, and listing data stays with the brokerage. Removing a realtor does not delete that brokerage's properties, photos, or files.

Internal staff can open a protected operations area only for support and security. That access is not a substitute for your broker.

If you are a client of a realtor who uses PLR, contact that realtor about your information. We will help them respond.

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, although we do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Send requests to the privacy contact or use the instructions on the data-deletion page. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may contact your state Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Do Not Track: We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and this site does not use advertising cookies.

PLR is not for anyone under 18. We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging. We will post changes here with a new effective date and email you about material changes. Contact Kendrick Mountain Consulting. The public privacy email is not configured on this server yet.
